Jose Jijón - Fincas del Putushio - Typica Merojado - Légendes
Sourcing ote
The first generations of “specialty coffee makers” are beginning to produce their own offspring. This is a sign of a vibrant and attractive industry, capable of renewing itself. Here, Pepe Jijón—still at the top of his game with La Soledad—is launching his 20-year-old son, José, at an elevation of 2,222 meters in the Loja region. Already an extraordinary coffee: intense, bright, refined, and still far too rare.
